Years ago I collaborated with my friend Luis Fernando Amaya on a brand new piece for solo piano and e-bow, eventually titled “Pregunta no. 2: Cóndor”. I am honored that the recording we made together years ago ended up on his first ever LP “Cortahojas”. You can give it a listen here, and find it featured in Bandcamp’s “Best Contemporary Classical: February 2023“! The whole album is worth a listen, as it is truly evocative and unique in its sound world.
