These two poems by William Carlos Williams explore his intense use imagery and clear cut vocabulary to showcase the landscape he describes. These are complex works, but very clear in their motivic devices to show the clarity of Williams words. They are written for my good friend Joshua Scheid who was the first to premiere them.
